Amber Rae Arias



Amber Rae Arias is an attorney at Kaplan Law, L.L.C. Amber has experience in working on successful family law cases, including dissolution, domestic violence, child custody, parenting time, parental rights, attorney fees, child relocation, and the emergency restriction of parenting time matters. She received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. Before joining Kaplan Law, L.L.C., Amber worked as a legal assistant and researcher for nonprofits advocating for crime victim’s rights, women’s’ justice, and assisting in domestic violence cases during her time in law school.

Foremost, Amber’s experience and knowledge in these fields guide her in negotiating cost-effective, fair, and creative settlements in both civil and family law issues. She has the experience to guide clients through complicated financial disputes, including dividing business interests, determining child support and maintenance obligations, and accomplishing a fair division of property. In addition, Amber offers guidance through the difficult process of determining child custody (the allocation of parental responsibilities) and child support, and will advocate for your rights.

Amber’s primary goal in working with clients is to create practical solutions to complex problems while considering the client’s desires and interests at all times. She invests herself in each case that she handles, and seeks to find expedient and beneficial resolutions for the client’s individual needs.
